Quality
Our aim
We are committed to providing our clients with sustainable, high-quality care. To this end, we have developed a policy that carefully monitors and guarantees the quality of our care.
Quality and professionalism
Our practice meets all dental standards, is modernly furnished and easily accessible.
Our dentists are highly trained, experienced, and registered in the Dutch Quality Register (KRT). They keep their knowledge up-to-date through regular courses, continuing education, and refresher courses.
Our dentists have the X-ray certificate Radiation Expert 5A/M and the diploma Cone Beam CT (CBCT).
All dentists are BIG registered and speak Dutch.
Our dental assistants are well-trained, master the Dutch language and maintain their professional knowledge through courses and (further) training.
- Thanks to our in-house dental laboratory, crowns and dentures are fabricated quickly and efficiently. This means you benefit from top quality and short waiting times. Furthermore, we don't need to send any workpieces to an external laboratory, and any corrections can be performed the same day, without additional shipping or waiting time.
Equipment and materials
The equipment and materials we use meet European quality standards and requirements.
All equipment is inspected annually.
We operate in an environmentally conscious way, using separated waste streams and amalgam filters. We also operate sustainably: our practice uses solar panels to significantly reduce regular electricity consumption.
- Our practice has two sterilization rooms of two modern autoclaves and two Miele thermal disinfectors.
- In addition, we use a DAC machine for the professional cleaning and oiling of our dental turbines.
Safety and reliability
Our practice is affiliated with the Royal Dutch Society for the Advancement of Dentistry (KNMT) and uses a formal complaints procedure.
We regularly conduct patient satisfaction surveys and value independent online reviews.
Our entire practice is located on one level and is fully wheelchair accessible, making the facilities easily accessible and comfortable for people with disabilities.
- We also have ample, free parking that is accessible to our patients.
There is a current RI&E plan and an evacuation plan available.
There is a KEW file (Nuclear Energy Act).
Work is carried out in accordance with established policy plans and protocols.
- In addition, the water in our treatment chairs twice a year checked by an independent external party for the presence of harmful substances
